摘要
以湖南产速生脱脂马尾松为基材,以"T"型和"L"型构件为主要结构形式,采用力学试验方法,针对6种常见的家具框架节点接合方式(包括贯通直角单榫接合、不贯通直角单榫接合、双圆榫接合、偏心连接件接合以及45°双圆榫斜角接合和45°不贯通榫斜角接合)的节点强度进行测定,对理想使用状态即在外力垂直荷载匀速加载的作用下使构件节点发生破坏或变形进行研究。结果表明:在相同条件下,"T"型实木构件的节点强度总体上大于"L"型实木构件;对于6种不同接合方式,综合比较,以贯通直角单榫的节点接合强度最大,其次是双圆榫的接合强度、不贯通单榫的接合强度,接合强度最小的是偏心连接件接合;此外,采用相同的节点接合方式,直角和45°斜角构件的接合强度不同。
The whole furniture strength is influenced by joint methods and joint strength of the corner joints greatly.We did experiments with the fast-growing Pinus massoniana wood degreased and dried preferably from Hunan.In the mechanical experiments,we took loads down straight to basic pine-wood component Ttype and L-type until broken them,and then recorded the maximum strength and broken form of all components.These basic components T-type and L-type were jointed with six kinds of joint methods,including run-through mortise and tenon,hidden mortise and tenon,double dowels,eccentric fittings,mitred double dowels and hidden mitred mortise and tenon jointing.The average strength of each jointing method was measured and studied.The results demonstrated that in the same situation,the joint strength of basic component T-type was higher than the basic component L-type;the run-through mortise and tenon joint strength was the maximum,the double dowels was the second,followed by the hidden mortise and tenon joints strength,and the eccentric fittings joints strength was the minimum.Furthermore,the study indicated that the corner joints strength in furniture framework was affected by joint methods of corner parts which was run-straight or mitred.
