摘要
固体火箭发动机工业CT探伤是目前最先进的发动机无损检测手段之一,其仿真研究是该领域的重要研究内容之一。针对海军自行研制的"固体火箭发动机无损检测自动化系统"的成像特点,分别利用解析法和离散法对固体火箭发动机ICT成像的整个过程进行仿真研究,获得了设计模型的投影数据,利用滤波反投影算法获得了最终的仿真CT图像,CT图像能够反映设计模型的特点。
ICT flaw detection is one of the most advanced NDE methods of solid rocket motor, and the simulation research is one of impor- tant research contents of this field. The process of HICT-X450 which was developed by navy flaw detection of solid rocket motor was simu- lated with analytic method and discrete method. The project data of designed model was got, and the simulated CT image of designed model was got by the filtered back projection algorithm. The CT images can the show the characteristic of the designed model.
