摘要
层次分析法是美国匹兹堡大学教授TL Satty于20世纪70年代提出的一种综合评价的方法,目前广泛应用于航海标准的评价,地区经济规划,畜牧业发展战略,工业部门设置的系统分析等各个领域,在中医领域尚未得到重视应用。针灸技术操作规范标准已实施四年多,尚没有一种系统的评价方法来评价这一系列标准的适用性,而临床适用性评价方法的缺失严重影响了针灸技术操作规范标准的质量及其对临床实践的指导作用。文章研究了层次分析法的应用原理及其优势,结合针灸技术操作规范的特点,探讨运用层次分析法评价针灸技术操作规范标准临床适用性的可行性。结论是运用层次分析法评价针灸技术操作规范标准的临床适用性是切实可行的。
Abstract：Analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, which was proposed by TL Satty in 1970s and widely used in the evaluation of navigation standard, area economical zoning, systematic analysis of the setting of industrial sectors, etc, has not been paid much at- tention to. The Manipulation Techniques Standard of Acupuncture - Moxibustion has been published more than 4 years and there is no a systematic evaluation methodology to evaluate the applicability of this standard, but the deficiency of evaluation methodolo- gy has seriously affect the quality and the guiding function of The Manipulation Techniques Standard of Acupuncture - Moxibus- tion. It did research of the use principle and the advantage of analytic hierarchy process in this paper, meanwhile, it combined the characteristic of The Manipulation Techniques Standard of Acupuncture - Moxibustion and it did some research on the feasibility of clinical applicability of The Manipulation Techniques Standard of Acupuncture - Moxibustion. It is feasible to evaluate the clini- cal application of The Manipulation Techniques Standard of Acupuncture - Moxibustion with AHP.
