聚四氟乙烯微粉对氟硅油润滑脂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以氟硅油为原料、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉为增稠剂,制备了润滑脂,利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了PTFE微粉的粒径和添加量对润滑脂摩擦学性能和烧结负荷的影响。结果表明,纳米级和微米级PTFE微粉都具有稠化性能,也能提高润滑脂的烧结负荷;随着PTFE微粉用量的增加,氟硅油润滑脂的抗磨减摩性能没有得到很好地改善,而其烧结负荷得到很大提高;纳米级PTFE的最佳质量分数为26%,微米级PTFE的最佳质量分数为32%;PTFE微粉的吸油能力较好,氟硅油润滑脂的滴点都在200℃以上。 A grease was prepared using fluorosilicone oil as the raw material and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder as the thickener. The effect of the particle sizes and amount of PTFE micro powder on the tri- bological performance and sintering load of grease were examined with four-ball friction and wear testing ma- chine. Results show that both the nano and micro PTFE micro powder have thickening performance as well as sintered load performance. Increasing the content of PTFE micro powder only greatly improves the sintering load performance of the fluorosilicone oil grease but with no impact on its anti-wear and friction-reducing per- formance. The optimal amount of nano PTFE and micron PTFE is 26 wt% and 32 wt%, respectively. The drop point of fluorosilicone grease thus are above 200 ℃ as good oil absorption of PTFE micro powder.
