摘要
以长江流域为例,讨论了实时气象信息服务平台实现过程中的关键技术,主要包括空间索引技术、栅格与矢量数据的叠加、色斑图实时绘制等,最终建立了基于Flex技术的WebGIS实时气象信息服务平台。与传统气象网络GIS相比,该系统具有界面元素丰富、交互响应快、大数据显示效率高等优势。该系统自建成以来,运行稳定、数据接收处理及时,得到了使用单位的好评。
The key technologies used in development of real time meteorological information service platform for Yangtze Riv er Basin are discussed, including spatial indexing, stacking of grid and vector data, real time plotting of polygon etc. The Web GIS real time meteorological information service platform is established based on Flex. Compared with conventional meteorologi cal network, the presented platform has advantages of abundant interface element, quick human computer interaction, highly efficient display for large data. The system has been running with high reliability and quick data receiving since its operation, highly favored by the users.
