摘要
公立医院必须在推进我国医药卫生改革的大背景下,在人、财、物的综合运营管理上采取适宜的技术与措施,提高有限资源的利用效率,从而取得较高的社会效益和适宜的经济效益,以保障医院可持续发展。本文通过上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院和用友医疗卫生信息系统有限公司合作开发的医院综合资源计划管理系统的实践,详细叙述了该信息系统物流管理分系统的设计架构、上线过程以及实际使用的体会,为进一步推进公立医院信息化建设提供可资借鉴的模型。
Under the background of the promotion of the health system reform in China, public hospitals must adopt appropriate technologies and measures in the operation management of manpower, finance and substance to improve the utilization efficiency of limited resources, achieve a higher social benefits and suitable economic benefits and insure the sustainable development of the hospital as well. Through practice of the cooperation between Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and Yongyou Software Co., Ltd, UFIDA Group in the development of hospital resource planning (HRP), this paper described in detail the design architecture and on-line process of the logistics management subsystem of HRP and the realization of practical use of the system in order to offer a useful model to public hospitals for reference to further promote their informatization constructions.
