摘要 目前,很多使用者甚至是从业人士对以膨胀聚苯板和挤塑聚苯板为主体保温材料而形成的两种薄抹灰外保温系统存在认识误区,导致在工程使用中出现各种问题。基于此,从两种保温材料生产工艺与产品性能、外保温系统综合性能、标准图集规范编制情况、工程应用等多个维度进行综合对比分析。得出结论:膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统的系统安全性、耐候性、工程适用性、综合性价比都明显优于挤塑聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统。若采用挤塑聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统,必须在挤塑板板材质量、界面处理工艺、配套砂浆柔性等方面做特别考虑,才能获得质量稳定的保温系统,为建筑增值。 Currently, many users even practitioners in the industry have misunderstanding to two external thermal insulation composite systems based on EP8 and XPS, arising with various problems in engineering. Based on this, we make comprehensive comparisons of the two insulation materials on their technology and performance, the external thermal insulation system performance, standard specification as well as the engineering applicability. And the conclusion shows that ETICS based on EPS has obvious advantages on the systematic safety, durability, engineering applicability and comprehensive performance/ cost compared with the ETICS based on XPS. When using ETICS based on XPS, special consideration is necessary to quality of XPS, the interface treatment process and supporting flexible mortar, in order to obtain stable quality insulation systems and value-added building.
