摘要 本文讨论利用分析系统和计算机系统进行物、象平行,机械系统画面跳动,光学系统校正,画幅选择及读数次数选择五个角度误差计算。 This paper mainly discusses how to set up bidirectional communications of the 160 F film-movement analysor and IBM/PC computer in hand through interface RS232C in order to improve the image analysis accuracy of high-speed photographic film and further applicability. The analysis system is directly operated on the computer keyboard, carrying out error test, error analysis and error calculate in five aspects. A software program containing error forecast and error processing has been compiled, which is suitable for film image analysis system on water pump test. It is emphasized that some of the photographic problems must be paid attention to in order to achieve satisfactory data.The paper suggests error formulae and error control method from the five following aspects: object-image parallelism, frame jump of mechanical system, optical system adjustment, frame interval and reading times. Analysis accuracy is raised. All these not only saveus expenses, but also embody a better practicality than 160F system software program.
