摘要
在液压阀芯上开均压槽用来减少摩擦力的方法已经在实际中得到了广泛的应用。该研究使用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对液压阀芯开有均压槽的密封间隙内流场流动特性进行分析,得到密封间隙的速度压力分布和剪切力分布,并进一步分析阀芯上不同均压槽形状对泄漏量和摩擦力的影响。通过讨论三角形、矩形、梯形三种常用均压槽,为液压滑阀的设计提供参考。
Open pressure groove on the hydraulic valve approach has been widely used to reduce friction in prac-tice. The distribution of the velocity pressure and the shear pressure are gained, when the flow characteristics of the pressure groove of the seal gap in hydraulic spool is analyzed by FLUENT, then the problem whether the different pressure equalization grooves have different influence on leakage and friction in hydraulic spool is also studied, and the reference for the designer of the hydraulic slide valve is provided after analyzing three kinds of valve-triangle, rectangle, and trapezoid.
