津鲢与长江鲢遗传多样性分析

摘要 随机选取津鲢和长江鲢各36尾,用16个微卫星标记进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示:16个微卫星位点在2个群体中共检测到等位基因105个,基因型241种,每个位点等位基因数3~15个,平均6.6个,基因型4~37种,平均15.1种。2个鲢群体平均观察杂合度(Ho)分别为0.5393和0.5392,平均期望杂合度(He)分别为0.5887和0.5762,结果表明该2个鲢群体遗传多样性水平较高。2个鲢群体平均多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.5602和0.54,固定系数(FIS)表明这2个鲢群体表现为杂合子缺乏(FIS>0)。2个鲢群体之间的遗传距离为0.0566,平均遗传分化系数(Fst)值为0.021,说明仅有2.1%的遗传变异来源于群体间。 36 individuals were randomly sampled from each population of Jin silver carp and silver carp from Yangtze River, and the genetic diversity were analyzed with 16 microsatellite markers. A total of 105 alleles and 241 genotypes were detecled in the two populations by the 16 microsatellite loci. The number of allele and genotype at each locus varied from 3 to 15 and from 4 to 37,with the average of 6.6 and 15.1,respectively. In the two populations,the average observed heterozygosity(Ho) were 0.5393 and 0.5392,respectively,the expected heterozygosity (He) were 0.5887 and 0.5762,respectively. The results suggested that large genetic diversity in the two populations. The average polymorphic information content (PIC) of the 16 loci in the two populations of silver carp were 0.5602 and 0.54, respectively. The fixation index (FIS) showed heterozygote deficiency in the 2 populations(FIS〉0). The genetic distance(DA)Of two populations was 0.0566,and the genetic differentiation in-dex(Fst)in the two populations was 0.021,these indicated only 2.1 percent genetic variation among the two pop-ulations.
