摘要
以异丙肾上腺素致小鼠常压缺氧模型、垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型及大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,对瓜蒌提取物抗心肌缺氧缺血及缺血后再灌注损伤的作用进行探讨 .实验结果表明瓜蒌提取物能延长异丙肾上腺素作用的小鼠常压缺氧存活时间 ,对抗垂体后叶素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血作用 ,并能显著保护缺血后再灌注损伤的大鼠 .
The protective effect of the extract of Frutus Trichosanthis (EFT) on hypoxia,myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury was studied.The model of normobaric hypoxia by isoprenaline and myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and reperfusion injury was adopted.EFT prolonged the survival time of mice with isoprenaline in normobaric hypoxia,and protected rats against myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin.EFT mitigated myocardial ischemica and reperfusion injury.
