摘要
基于Android的开源特性,在系统软件平台之上设计开发视频监控系统。介绍系统的功能需求和Android应用开发过程中的技术要领。利用Eclipse开发工具、Java JDK和Android SDK,设计完成基于Android平台的手机对视频监控系统服务器的访问。该系统把网络视频监控和移动终端相结合,克服了普通网络视频监控对监测客户端地点上的限制。实验结果表明,该设计可以实现基于Android平台的终端设备与远端的实时视频服务器的数据流的传输,也可以从存储服务器上下载视频文件并播放,在实际的应用测试中验证了可行性。
Based on the open source nature of Android, we design and develop a video surveillance system on Android software platform. In the paper we introduce the function requirements of the system and the technology essentials in Android application development process. Using Eclipse development tools, Java JDK and the Android SDK, we design and complete the Android platform-based access of the mobile phone onto video surveillance system server. The system combines the network video surveillance with the mobile terminals, overcomes the restrictions of ordinary network video surveillance on the locations of monitoring clients. Experimental results show that the design can achieve data stream transmission between the terminal devices of Android platform and the real-time remote video server; moreover, it can also download and play the video files stored on the server. The feasibility of this design has been verified in practical application test.
