摘要
利用1 613个调查样本数据,实证分析了经济转型升级背景下新生代农民工就业能力提升意愿及其个体差异。结果表明,大多数新生代农民工具有较强烈的就业能力提升意愿并存在明显的个体差异,新生代农民工就业能力提升意愿随着年龄增加、受教育程度提高、收入水平提高和接受政府培训次数增加而增强,并且已婚新生代农民工就业能力提升意愿略强于未婚新生代农民工,但男女新生代农民工就业能力提升意愿无明显差异。
Using 1613 sample data, the employability promotion willingness of the new generation of migrant workers under the background of economic transformation and upgrading were empirically analyzed. The results showed that the new generation of migrant workers has relatively stronger employability promotion willingness and has obvious individual differences under the background of economic transformation and upgrading. That is, the employability promotion willingness of the new generation of migrant workers increase with increasing age, educational level, income level and the accepted training times that the government provided; and the employability promotion willingness of the married new generation of migrant workers is slightly stronger than the unmarried ones, but the employability promotion willingness of the new generation of migrant workers has no significant differences between men and women.
