摘要
脊髓缺血再灌注过程中引发脊髓微环境一系列变化,导致继发性损伤。其具体机制十分复杂,主要包括早期的脊髓水肿、脂质过氧化反应、Ca2+超载、兴奋性氨基酸的毒性作用、线粒体途径产生的促凋亡蛋白、一系列的炎症反应和神经细胞凋亡等。现有多种针对其发病机制防治脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的方法,临床上多采用综合手段,但是疗效不理想,因此该问题亟待解决。文章就近年来中药对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤微环境作用及机制的研究现状作一综述。
In the process of spinal cord ischemic-reperfusion injury, there are series of changes on spinal cord microenvironment, which can cause secondary damage. The specific mechanism is very complicated, and mainly includes: early edema of spinal cord, lipid peroxidation, overload of calciumion, toxic effect of excitatory amino acids, the pro-apoptotic protein produced by mitochondrial pathway, a series of inflammatory reaction and the apoptosis of nerve cells. There are various drugs and methods on the prevention and control of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in allusion to the pathogenesis. Spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury is always being treated by comprehensive means in clinical practice, but the treatment is not very effective. Therefore, the mechanism of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury and prevention is imminent for further study. In this paper, the research is reviewed on the function and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for intervention spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury microenvironment based on related documents.
