摘要 动态对比增强MRI(DCE-MRI)是一种反映组织微循环血流灌注情况的MR检查方法。它基于顺磁性对比剂注入血管导致组织T1缩短的原理,使用重复成像记录组织信号强度的变化以跟踪对比剂随时间扩散到周围组织中的情况,并通过专用软件处理得到半定量参数及定量参数,是一种研究肿瘤微血管渗漏特征的定量MRI技术。DCE-MRI不仅可提供病变形态学的信息,还可反映病变在生理学上的改变,为肝纤维化、肝硬化的评估,原发性肝癌及肝脏转移瘤的诊断及疗效评估提供更加丰富、精确的信息。 Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI)is a kind of MR imaging methods which can detect the microcirculation perfusion of tissues. Due to T1 shortening by paramagnetic contrast agent, DCE-MRI records signal intensity changes of tissues over time by repeat scanning to track the spread of contrast medium into the surrounding tissues. Using dedicated postprocessing software, semi-quantitative and quantitative parameters can be achieved. DCE-MRI enables the depiction of physiologic and morphologic changes, provides more plentiful and accurate information for evaluating liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, diagnosing primary hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastases.
