SCA材料对包体施加三向应力试验模型构建研究

摘要 SCA是一种水泥类膨胀材料,极限膨胀力超过50 MPa,其应力增长过程具有动态特征,拟在未来实现构建煤与瓦斯突出物理模型,开展岩爆和瓦斯灾害的研究具有重要价值。基于SCA加载原理构建力学模型,设计构建了"包体模型"并通过此次模拟实验实现对包体模型施加三向应力的试验方法,模拟煤与瓦斯突出的实验研究。 SCA was a kind of expansion cement materials, limit expansion force was more than 50 MPa, the stress growth process hod the dynamic characteristic, was proposed to achieve the coal and gas outburst construction of physical model, rock burst and the gas disasters study had important value. Based on mechanical model constructed on the basis of the principle of SCA loading, "the inclusion model" was designed, through the simulation experiment on inclusion model constructing three-dimensional stress method, simulated experiment research of coal and gas outburst.
