摘要
通过水热合成法和离子交换法制备了负载Ni的MCM-41介孔分子筛催化剂,采用XRD、N2物理吸附-脱附、SEM及Py-IR等手段对合成样品进行了表征,并在微型固定床反应装置上研究了负载型催化剂Ni/AM41的乙烯齐聚反应。表征结果表明:Ni/AM41样品具有MCM-41介孔分子筛的典型结构,其表面酸性随Ni负载量的增加而增强,且酸性中心均以中强L酸为主。乙烯齐聚结果表明:Ni/AM41催化剂对乙烯齐聚具有较高的催化反应活性,齐聚产物主要为C6—C14偶数碳数的烯烃,其中C8和C10的质量分数大于50%。
The mesoporous MCM-41 supporting Ni catalyst was synthesized by using hydrothermal synthesis method and ion exchange method. The synthesized sample is characterized by XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption,SEM and Py-IR. The ethylene oligomerizations of MCM-41 supporting Ni catalyst( Ni / AM41) are studied in continuous fixed bed reactor. The results show that Ni / AM41 samples are of the characteristics of typical mesoporous MCM-41 structure. Moreover,the surface acidity of Ni / AM41 samples increases with the increase of the amount of Ni,and its acid sites are mainly medium and strong Lewis. The ethylene oligomerization reaction results indicate that Ni / AM41 catalyst has high activity,and the oligomerization products are almost olefins with even carbon atom number of C6- C14,among them the mass fraction of C8 and C10 are greater than 50%.
