摘要
针对滚动轴承微弱调制信号,提出了一种基于Hilbert解调和Duffing振子的故障诊断方法。分别介绍混沌振子检测微弱周期信号、解调Duffing振子检测的原理和数值仿真试验。并着重介绍滚动轴承故障的早期诊断。结果表明,该方法可以有效检测强噪声背景下的微弱调制信号。
Aiming at periodic weak modulated signals, the fault diagnosis method based on Duffing Oscillator and Hilbert demodulation are introduced. The principle of duffing Oscillator and Hilbert demodulation and digital imitating are introduced respectively. Emphatically the incipient fault diagnosis of antifriction bearing is introduced. The results show that weak modulated signal submerged in strong noise can be detected by this method.
