速度管柱在长北山2气田的应用及效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 长北气田山2气藏属于弹性驱动的岩性气藏,地层含水,无外来能量补给,随着开采时间的延长,地层压力和产量逐渐下降,部分井出现积液,需要提前采取方法排液,避免气井水淹。因研究区结垢、腐蚀和偏磨较轻,选择了安装速度管柱进行排水实验。本文运用了气体携液临界流速结合产量和压力曲线判断气井是否积液和评价速度管柱排液采气措施的效果,利用不同油管尺寸下的产量与井口压力关系模拟曲线、模拟采收率数据结合井身结构和油管串结构优选出了合理尺寸的速度管柱,用速度管柱重力悬空时最大载荷80%的安全系数来设计其下入极限深度,用一体式封隔悬挂器把速度管柱悬挂在油管内壁。由于速度管柱尺寸、下入深度和悬挂位置及悬挂器选择合理,排水效果明显,证明速度管柱是长北气田山2气藏排水的理想工艺之一。 The Shan 2 reservoir of the Changbei gas field belongs to the elastic drived litho- logic gas reservoir containing water and no external power supply, the gas wells will be drowned by water which came from the formation when the formation pressure and gas veloc- ity rate decreased during the production. In order to avoid the wells being killed by water, need to find a good method to lift the water up-to the ground before wells were killed. Be- cause of the weak scale formation of the reservoir water, weak corrosion and weak eccentric wear among the tubing and coiled tubing, the velocity string was used to make drainage ex- periment to lift the gas welFs water up-to the ground. The critical logging water velocity of the gas, the gas well production and the tubing head pressure were used to judge whether there were water in the wells and evaluated the effect of drain off water by velocity string. The simulation curve of the production-wellhead pressure of the different sizes of tubing and recovery efficiency data were combined with the well bore structure and the tubing stringstructure to optimize the reasonable size of velocity string. The $0 % of the velocity string's maximum load was used to design its limited depth in order to avoid the velocity string being shaped by gravity pulling. One-piece packer_ hanger was used to hang the velocity string at inner wall of the tubing string. The obvious drainage effect by which was caused the reason- able velocity string size, depth, and the hanger position proved that the velocity string is a good drainage technology for Shan2 reservoir in Changbei gas field.
