摘要
选用仿棉聚酯短纤纱酷丝绵,在高机号大圆机上编织高密纬编针织面料,经印花后整理得到8种适宜制作针织衬衫的印花面料。测试和对比分析了其中一种高密仿棉聚酯针织面料与高密棉氨纬平针织物的机械性能、外观保形性能、织物风格和热湿舒适性能等。结果表明:高密仿棉聚酯针织衬衫面料的力学机械性能较好,抗起毛起球性能较好,具有较好的尺寸稳定性,织物风格较硬挺,表面光滑匀整,透湿性较好,适宜制作春夏季针织衬衫面料。
By using cotton-simulated PET staple yarn on the high-gauge circular knitting machine, this paper develops 8 kinds of high-density weft knitted fabrics, which are suitable for making printed knitted shirts. The physical and mechanical properties, appearance retention, surface style, thermal and moisture comfort properties of one of these fabrics are compared with the same stitch of cotton/lycra knitted fabric. The results show that the high-density cotton-simulated PET knitted fabrics have good mechanical performance, anti pilling property, dimen- sional stability as well as good stiffness, smooth surface and better moisture-permeability, which fit for spring and summer knitted shirts.
