摘要
针对电脑横机机头系统的设计直接影响编织织物质量的情况,对电脑横机机头系统进行优化设计研究。采用有限元分析法对机头各组成部分进行计算机模拟分析,得到机头系统中应力应变分布云图,并提出轻量化方案;运用结构动力学原理,对三角件结构、三角轨迹曲线及驱动方式等进行优化,提高了整体的稳定性和工作效率。通过上述措施,电脑横机机头的整体质量减轻11.4%,为开发高速高效新型电脑横机奠定了基础。
In view of the problem of poor fabric quality affected by the design of computerized flat knitting ma-chine head, the optimum design of system has been studied in this paper. The simulation analysis of each compo-nent of its head was studied, and the weight-reducing scheme was put forward based on finite element analysis; using the principle of dynamics, the structure and curve of cam, and the drive mode were optimized, which can improve the stability and working efficiency. Through the above measures, the weight of the computerized flat knit- ting machine head is reduced by 11.4%, which can support a foundation for developing high-speed and high-effi-ciency computerized flat knitting machine.
