摘要
研究了回火温度对Aermet100超高强度钢断裂韧度、冲击功、显微组织和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,Aermet100超高强度钢在高密度位错马氏体基体的影响下保持在一个很高的韧性水平。随着回火温度的升高,逆转变奥氏体含量增加,从而提高了材料的韧性。
The effect of tempering temperature on the fracture toughness, impact energy, microstructure and fracture morphology of ultra-high strength steel Aermet100 was investigated. The results show that high-density dislocation martensite matrix contributes to the high toughness of the steel. And with the increase of tempering temperature, the content of reverted austenite increase and thus the toughness increases.
