基于反算法的圆坯连铸结晶器传热问题研究

摘要 圆坯连铸结晶器传热问题研究中,反算法往往比热流经验算法更能反映结晶器热流和坯壳厚度的实际关系。本文根据实验提出了实际连铸圆坯结晶器传热的数学模型,并结合实测数据研究了反算法的计算步骤。通过计算结果分析了坯壳厚度和结晶器高热流区热流的关系。 In the study on the problem of heat transfer in round billet continuous casting mould, the inverse algorithm method often can more reflect actual relation between mould heat flux and shell thickness than heat flow experience algorithm method. A mathematical model of heat transfer of round billet crystallizer in actual continuous casting according to experiments was presented in this paper, and combining with the real testing data, the calculation step of the inverse algorithm was studied. The relationship between the thickness of solidified shell and mold heat flux in high heat flux region was analyzed.
