摘要
应用AUTODYN软件,以金属Al约束SiC陶瓷的轻型复合结构为研究对象,研究陶瓷背部、面部、侧面的约束层厚度对复合结构抗12.7 mm穿甲弹性能的影响。结果表明:对SiC陶瓷施加约束可提升陶瓷的防护性能;各约束层厚度均存在一合理值。进行约束层厚度优化,得到陶瓷组元抗弹潜能较充分发挥,且结构整体抗弹性能良好的轻型复合结构。
The light composite armor of SiC ceramic confined by aluminium was studied. The face, the back or the flank of ceramic were confined. The AUTODYN software was applied to study the influence of the thickness of confined layer(A1) on performance of composite armor against 12.7 mm AP. The numerical simulation results show that the confinement of SiC ceramic can increase protection performance and each kind of thickness of confined layer has a rational value. The light composite armor with higher protection performance can be obtained by optimizing the thickness of confined layer.
