钛与铝异种金属连接的研究现状与进展 被引量:3

摘要 钛和铝广泛应用于航空航天领域,二者之间的连接一直备受关注。综述了国内外钛与铝异种金属焊接的研究现状,系统地归纳总结了其焊接方法、工艺特性及钛/铝接头的组织性能。控制钛/铝界面化合物脆性相的生长,改变其形貌、分布、厚度和相组成是获得优质钛/铝连接接头的关键。详细分析钛与铝异种金属熔钎焊的关键问题,在此基础上展望了钛与铝焊接的研究前景。 Titanium alloy and aluminum alloy have been widely used in aerospace and aviation industry,and the joining between titanium and aluminum attracts more and more attentions from welding engineers.In this paper,research status on joining of Ti and Al alloys was reviewed,and their welding methods,process characterizes,microstructures and properties were systematically analyzed.The keys to welding Ti and Al such as control of IMC layers growth at the interface,the change of morphology,distribution and phase composition of IMCs were discussed.Finally,the research prospect was proposed based on the key process factors.
