摘要
目的:研究不同年级中职护生对艾滋病相关知识、相关行为以及工作预防知识的知晓情况,为更有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法:对桐乡卫校685名在校护生(一、二、三年级)进行艾滋病相关知识、相关行为知晓率,获取艾滋病相关知识的途径、在今后工作中预防知识知晓率的调查,并进行年级闻的比较分析。结果:不同年级护生对艾滋病相关知识、相关行为以及今后工作中预防知识的正答率在各个条目上均存在统计差异(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。两两比较显示三年级护生在各个条目上的正答率均高于一年级(P〈0.01)。对不会发生感染的行为的正答率普遍较低,一年级仅为3.5%~23.8%,三年级为26.2%~45.0%。电视广播、互联网和有关的宣传活动在三个年级中均为重要的获取途径,选择率在三个年级中无统计差异(P〈0.05)。专业课堂的选择率逐年级升高,一年级选择率仅为47.6%,而三年级选择率则升至98.3%。结论:中职护生在三年的学校教育过程中,对艾滋病相关知识知晓水平不断提高,但对艾滋病的认识仍存在一定的误区,尤其是对艾滋病的传播途径仍缺乏深入的了解。
Objective To study the status of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge of student nurses in secondary vocational schools in different grades, and provide references for health education. Methods HIV/AIDS-related knowledge of 685 cases of student nurses in secondary vocational schools in different grades was surveyed and comparatively analyzed. Results There had significant difference of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among student nurses in different grades. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge in student nurses in grade three was significantly higher than that of students in grade one. The awareness rate of be- haviors not causing infection was general low in all of students. TV, internet and publicities were important ways to acquire knowl-edge. The rate of choosing specialized learning increased with grade. Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowl-edge of student nurses in secondary vocational schools kept increasing. But misunderstanding still existed, especially on transmis- sion route of HIV/AIDS.
