The Improvement of Electronic Commerce Express Service Quality Based on Evolutionary Game

摘要 本文利用电子商务公司和快递公司的进化博弈模型,分析了网络购物客户行为对快递服务质量提升的影响。分析表明,客户行为是激励快递服务质量提升的关键。 This paper uses evolutionary game model of E-commerce company and express company, analyzes the effect of network shopping customer behavior on express service quality improvement. The analysis shows that customer behavior is the key to motivate express service quality improvement.
