中药柴胡解热的物质基础、药效及机制的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:通过药理实验探讨中药柴胡对干酵母致发热大鼠的解热效果、物质基础及作用机制。方法:测量各组大鼠基础体温,采用皮下注射干酵母混悬液致大鼠发热,并且测量大鼠致热后体温。测量大鼠给药后体温,观察中药柴胡各组分的解热效果。取血浆、下丘脑及脑腹中隔区脑组织,分别检测分析环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)指标,分析中药柴胡各组分的解热机制。结果:中药柴胡各组分解热效果显著,柴胡挥发油组、柴胡皂苷组及柴胡水煎液组大鼠下丘脑中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和脑腹中隔区中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量显著减少;血浆中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量变化不明显,血浆中精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量显著增加。结论:中药柴胡各组分具有良好的解热效果,作用机制与调节cAMP及AVP的合成分泌有关。 Objective: To study on antipyretic effect, material basis and mechanism of Bupleuri Radix. The rats were caused high fever by dry yeast. Methods: Measure basal body temperature of each group rats, the rats were caused high fever by injecting du. yeast suspension under the skin, and measure the body temperature. After medication measure the body temperature of each group rats, observe antipyttic effect of each component of Bupleuri Radix, analyse material basis of antipyretic effect. Get the plasma, hypothalamus and brain tissue of ventral septal area. Test and analyze cAMP and AVP, meanwhile analyze the antipyretic mechanism of Bupleuri Radix. Results: Antipyretic effect of each component of Bupleuri Radix was obvious. In the experiment, the cAMP of hypo- thalamus and the AVP of ventral septal area decrease obviously which the rats were given volatile oil , saponin and decoction of Bu- pleuri Radix. The cAMP of plasma change insignificantly, the AVP of plasma raise obviously. Conclusion: Each comf^ment of Bu- pleuri Radix has good anlipyretic effect. The mechanism is related to the adjustment of synthesis and exudation of cAMP and AVP.
