摘要 随着管道在油气能源输送中起到的作用越来越大,其检测问题也日益突出。管道所处环境比较特殊和复杂,所以对管道检测装置的结构设计有较高要求。对国内外超声波管道检测器发展进行了综述,将连续油管技术与管道检测技术相结合,提出了一种基于连续油管的管道超声波检测装置设计方案,对传感器和探头环等关键部件进行了计算选型和设计。对管道超声波检测器的发展具有指导意义。 As the pipeline plays a more and more important role in oil and gas transportation,the pipeline inspection issues are increasingly prominent. It requires higher standards for pipeline de- tectors, due to the special and complex environment in which the pipelines buried. This thesis the domestic and overseas ultrasonic detectors' characteristics and development are described and an- alyzed, combines the coiled tubing technique and the pipeline detection technique, proposes an ap- proach of pipeline ultrasonic detecting devices based on the coiled tubing. And the key components are calculated and designed. The result has implications for our pipeline detector development.
