摘要
文章的研究采用理论分析与实践调查相结合的方法 ,综合运用问卷调查、访谈、统计分析的方法 ,获取并鉴别出高职院校教师的胜任特征,探索构建了高职院校教师胜任力模型。该模型为高职院校进行教师招聘、考核、培训提供了参考和借鉴。
The paper analyzes and identifies teachers' competence characteristics, and then builds teachers' competency model in higher vocational colleges, using a combination tactics of theoretical and empirical, and applying combination methods of interview, questionnaire, and statistics. The model provides reference for recruitment, assessment and training of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
