摘要
目的:探讨埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素联合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性胃炎患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予克拉霉素0.15g/次,2次/日,阿莫西林胶囊1.0g/日,2次/日;观察组在对照组的基础上给予埃索美拉唑片20mg/次,2次/日,连续治疗10天。结果:经过治疗观察组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素联合埃索美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎疗效显著。
Objective：To study the efficacy analysis of the esso beauty pull azole,amoxi-eillin capsule,clarithromycin combined the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods：To collect 80 cases of patients with chronic gas-tritis from May 2012 to July 2013.Randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group have 40 cases.The control group were given elarithromycin 0.15g/times, 2 times/day,amoxicillin capsule 1.0g/day,2 times/day.On the basis of the control group, the observation group wer given esso beauty pull azole 20rag/times,2 times/day,10 day continuous treatment.Results：After treat-ment,the total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 97.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5% ,comparing the two groups have significant differ-ence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative ef-fect of amoxicillin capsule,clarithromycin combined esso beauty pull azole treat chron-ic gastritis is remarkable,is worth promoting.
