摘要
首次直接用高压烧结而不必进行任何退火后处理获得超导Bi_(0.8)Pb_(0.2)SrCa_2O_x 陶瓷样品。此样品是由名义组分为 Bi_(0.8)Pb_(0.2)SrCa_2O_x的超导体在1.0GPa、500℃处理2小时后制得的,其零电阻转变温度为97K。以前未见报导过如此好的结果。高压下烧结的Bi_(0.8)Pb_(0.2)SrCa·Cu_2O_x超导体的密度可达到6.23g/cm^3(约为理论密度的95%),这比常规法制得的样品的密度(大约4~5g/cm^3)高得多。
Superconducting ceramic Bi0.8Pb0.2SrCaCu2Ox was directly obtained for the first time by means of high pressure sintering without any additional annealing .The superconductor sintered at IGPa and 500C for 2 hours had a phase transition at 97K (zero resistance), which was not observed before.The sintered sample reaches a density of 6.23g/cm3 (about 95,% of the theoretical density), much higher than that of the conventionally prepared samples, which usually have densities of only about 4-5g/cm3.
