摘要
现代医院要在竞争中求得生存和发展,必须高度重视培养和选拔一支符合“三个代表”要求的跨世纪高素质职业化医院管理人才队伍。因此,在分析队伍建设中存在的主要问题的基础上,运用现代管理理论提出了加强医院管理人才队伍建设的战略构想。
As doctors bagan working together in clinics, and as hospitals grew in size and complexity, health care services have become one of the most challenging, expensive and dynamic of all the social sectors, and most of society is comcerned shout the future management and development of health services , how this industry will be invested, how health services will be delivered, who and what will control this vast industry, how medicine and health care will be organized as social institutions , all of these questions have made the management of health services a timely field of study, to which hospital managers are expected to carry out research, present solutions, and make important contributions.
