摘要
在数字图书馆不断发展的背景下,图书馆员面临着巨大的挑战。以湖北理工学院图书馆为例,分析了新建地方本科院校图书馆员所存在的问题,就如何加强新建地方本科院校图书馆员的培训,提高其素质进行了探讨。
Under the background of the continuous development of digital library, librarians face enormous challenges. Taking the library of Hubei Polytechnic University as an example, this paper analyzes some problems existing among the librarians of newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities, and probes into how to strengthen the training of librarians in newly-buih local undergraduate colleges and universities to improve their quality.
