摘要
介绍了许昌高铁车站主体结构钢筋直螺纹连接施工的重点及难点,从而制定出相应的施工工艺流程及检验程序,并提出质量控制的主要措施。同时根据钢筋直螺纹连接存在的质量问题,进行施工要素分析研究并制定相应对策,保证了钢筋连接质量。
The construction difficulties and emphases of steel straight thread connection for main structure of Xuchang high-speed railway station are introduced, and the corresponding construction process and inspection procedure are formulated, then the main measures of quality control are put forward. Based on the quality questions about the steel straight thread connection, the construction factors are researched and the corresponding treatments are obtained, so the steel connection quality are guaranteed.
