摘要
分析了化工生产中氨尾气吸收方法的优缺点。根据气氨在水中的溶解度和溶解热在不同条件下的变化规律,提出了对现有尾气吸收装置的优化改造方案。运行数据表明,氨的吸收率大幅提高,不仅有效改善了环境,还起到了变废为宝、节能降耗的作用。
The advantages and disadvantages of ammonia-containing offgas absorption method in chemical production are analyzed. Based on the variation of solubility and heat of ammonia in water under different conditions, an optimization method for existing ammonia-containing offgas absorption device is proposed. The operation data show that the absorption rate of ammonia has been greatly increased, which not only effectively improves the environment problems but also turns waste into treasure, saving energy and reducing consumption.
