摘要
由于换热器设计标准GBl51-1999《管壳式换热器》^([1])中未给出双管板换热器的强度设计方法,所以在设计计算中的方法也不尽相同。在实际工程设计中,主要参考TEMA标准,认为管程管板和壳程管板都能单独满足相应的设计工况的前提下,运用SW6强度计算软件,确定换热器管板厚度。简要介绍了该种双管板换热器的结构设计及其材产选用、积液程长度和管板的计算,换热管与管板的连接,压力试验要求等,并提出了几个在实际设计过程中需要注意的问题。
Ebuble tube sheet heat exchanger is a special kind of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger.It is mainly used in situations that the mixing of tube-side material and shell-side material leads to serious consequences.In engineering design,it is considered that both the shell side and tube side of the tube plate can meet corresponding design conditions according to TEMA standard.This article briefly introduces the structure,material,fluid path length calculation, tube sheet calculation and pressure test requirements of double tube sheet heat exchanger,and puts forward some issues that need attention in the design process.
