摘要
滚动发电计划是对日前计划的有效补充。在实际调度过程中,基于电网当前的运行状态与最新的预测信息,制定机组的滚动发电计划,能有效消除日前计划所存在的偏差,降低实时调度工作量,提升电网运行安全性。本文针对当前滚动计划研究中存在的对日前计划改变过大,求解效率较低两方面问题,以相对日前计划改变量作为决策变量,设计了基于增量表达式的滚动计划模型;并从模型目标项含二次项的特点出发,设计了基于拉格朗日对偶法的分解协调算法。最后通过我国某省实际算例验证了所提出模型与算法的实用性。
The roll generation scheduling is an effective supplement to the day-ahead generation scheduling. Based on the current power grid operating condition and latest prediction information, roll generation scheduling could eliminate day-ahead generation scheduling' s deviation, reduce the realtime operation difficulty and enhance the security of power system. However currently the change between roll generation scheduling and day-ahead generation scheduling is always too drastic and the calculation efficiency can' t meet the actual need. In order to handle this problem, this paper takes the change to day-ahead generation scheduling as decision variables. A roll generation scheduling based on increment expression is proposed. Then a Lagrange algorithm is also proposed. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified based on actual case.
