前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将40例糖尿病勃起功能障碍的受试者在严格控制血糖基础上,给予静脉滴注前列地尔10μg联合硫辛酸0.6g,1次/d,连续2周。分别于治疗前后根据国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)患者进行自我评分,并观察尿白蛋白/尿肌酐比值、肝功、肾功指标变化。结果 40例患者IIEF-5总评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合硫辛酸对改善糖尿病勃起功能障碍具有良好效果。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of alprostadil combined with lipoid acid for type 2 diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction. Methods 40 diabetic patients with ED on the basis of strict glycemic control were given alpros- tadil injection 10p^g/d and lipoid acid 0.6g/d for 2 weeks. The International Index of Erectile Function 5 ( IIEF-5 ) was used to appraise the status and severity of ED before and after the treatment, and uric albumin/uric creatinine ratio, index of hepatic func- tion, renal function changes were observed. Results IIEF-5 total scores were significantly higher than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The alprostadil combined with lipoid acid for type 2 diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction could have a good effect.
