摘要
介绍了某型万向车行走驱动液压系统的原理和特点.利用功率键合图建立了该液压系统的动态模型,并对键合图的画法提出了改进建议,说明了应用Simulink软件对其进行动态特性仿真的方法和过程.结果表明功率键合图和Simulink是进行液压系统建模与仿真的有效工具,也指出了该液压系统中泵的负载敏感变量控制过程存在不稳定的情况,是进一步研究的重点.
Firstly,the principles and features of a specific universal- truck hydraulic walking system are introduced. Then, a dynamic model of the hydraulic system is established using power bond graphs. By postulating the improving recommendations on power bond graph, the dynamic property simulation method and process are next demonstrated via SimulinkTM software. Finally, it is indicated that the power bond graph,along with SimulinkTM, is an effective toolkit. As well, the unstable pump-loading-sensitiVe variable control process should be emphasized during future researches.
