摘要
染料敏化太阳能电池具有生产工艺简单、成本低廉、环境友好等优点,吸引了国内外研究者的广泛关注。综述了TiO2形貌结构设计在DSSC中应用的研究进展。根据光阳极TiO2薄膜层数总结了形貌结构设计的种类和制备方法,并分析了其对太阳能电池光电转换效率的影响。
Due to the advantages of low production cost,easy fabrication and environmental protection,dye sensitized solar cells have attracted tremendous attention all around the world.Herein,research progress of the application of TiO2 morphology and structure in DSSC is reviewed.According to the number of TiO2 film layers,category and preparation methods of them and the influence of their photoelectric performance are summarized.
