摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀和阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症的临床比较分析。方法选取100例老年抑郁症患者，随机将其分成观察组和对照组，各50例，分别对两组使用帕罗西汀和阿米替林治疗6周，再用HAMD，HAMA，CGI疗效评定标准和TESS进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为94％高于对照组的80％，而且观察组出现的副作用明显比对照组要少。结论相比较于阿米替林，帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症疗效更为理想。
Objective clinical analysis of Pa Rossi Dean and amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 100 patients with senile depression patients,randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group,respectively in two groups using Pa Rossi Dean and amitriptyline in the treatment of 6 weeks,then HAMD, HAMA and CGI criteria and TESS comparative analysis.Results the total effective rate of observation group is 94% higher than that of the control group 80%,and the side effects were observed in group than in the control group to be less obvious.Conclusion compared with amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression,Pa Rossi Dean more ideal curative effect.
