摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的持续护理效果。方法选择医院自2012年7月至2013年6月收治的75例COPD患者，给予患者用药指导、症状护理指导、心理护理及饮食护理等。结果通过护理，患者临床症状得到较大改善，临床疗效较为满意。结论加强COPD患者的持续护理，可有效缓解临床症状，改善疾病，缓解患者痛苦，降低病死率，值得临床推广。
Objective To study the continuing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were analyzed the clinical data of 75 cases of COPD patients,give patients＇ medication guide, symptoms nursing instruction,psychological nursing,diet nursing,etc.Results Through careful nursing group,be improved in patients with clinical symptoms,obtained satisfactory clinical effect.Concluslon strengthen the continuing care patients with COPD,can effectively re- lieve the clinical symptoms,improve disease and relieve patients＇ pain and reduce the case fatality rate.
