摘要 农业面源污染是造成河道水质恶化的最主要因素。目前,国内外针对农业面源污染防治的实践主要集中在立法、管理和源头控制等方面,对流失过程中防治措施则停留在理论研究和小范围实验阶段,实践较少。文章基于前人研究和实践,提出了在源头控制的基础上,根据面源污染流失的过程分别采取生态田埂、生态沟渠、池塘系统和滨水植被缓冲带等措施进行层层削减,以达到全过程控制农业面源污染的防治策略;同时根据各项措施的实际情况,分析了策略的适用性和局限性。 Agricultural non-point pollution is one of the most important sources to river water quality deterioration.At present,Ap plied measures for agricultural non-point pollution control at home and abroad are mainly concentrated on the legislation,management and source control,while less measures in flow process,which are mainly in the stage of theoretical research and small-scale experiment.Based on former researches and practices,this paper puts forward an all-process control strategy for agricultural non-point pollution.In addition to source control,all-process control strategy is composed of eco-ridge,eco-ditch,pond system and riparian forest buffer,which intercepts the pollutants in all processes.Finally,the applicability and limitation is discussed according to the actual situation of the measures.
