摘要
以焦油的两种主要组分苯和甲苯为对象 ,在固定床反应器上实验研究了焦油裂解过程中反应对一种褐煤 -贫煤混煤形成的循环灰的催化活性的影响 ,以及失活的循环灰在空气中燃烧其活性的变化规律 .结果表明 ,随着积碳量的增加 ,循环灰的平均孔径和大孔份额减小 ,裂解反应速率下降 .失活后通过在空气中燃烧 ,循环灰的物理性质基本不变 ,活性得到完全再生 ,对气态裂解产物影响很小 .循环灰在催化裂解的同时 ,导致煤气中 CO和 CO2 含量增加 。
With the object of benzene and toluene, the effect of cracking reactions of the two main components of tar on the activity of circulating ash of CFBB from the mixture of lignite and lean coal in a fixed bed reactor is investigated. The activity regeneration of deactivitic ash combusted in air is also studied. The experimental results proved that the average diameter of hole and larger hole fraction of circulating ash particle decreased with the increasing of coke content in ash, which caused the tar cracks slowly. The activity of deactivate circulating ash with coking in cracking reactions of tar can be regenerated completely by combustion in air, there is no effect in gas cracking products in this process. But the circulating ash particles, which act as the catalysts, will increase the CO and CO 2 content in gas, decrease the heat value.
