摘要
旧工业改造在我国已经初见成效,各种改造方式被广泛用于旧工业改造中,其中以创意产业园最为广泛多.见。基于综合赋权的TOPSIS方法通过对旧工业建筑改造模式比选指标的建立,通过对旧工业各种改造模式及所产生的经济、社会、环境进行分析,用改进TOPSIS进行优选,最终得出最优改造模式与实际采用的改造模式相同,以此证明该方法在旧工业建筑改造模式比选中是可行的。
The transformation of old industrial buildings has achieved initial success, In our country, various transformation methods are widely used in the transformation of old industrial buildings, particularly, the creative industry park is more widely. In this article, based on comprehensive empowerment of TOPSIS method to reform the old industrial building model the establishment of evaluation index, to reform the old industrial all kinds of patterns and the eco- nomic, social and environmental analysis, with the modified TOPSIS optimization, finally it is concluded that the optimal transformation pattern the same as the actual use of transform model, to prove that the method in the reno- vation of old industrial building model is feasible in the evaluation.
