摘要 总结减少浆纱回丝的技术措施。分析了减少浆纱回丝的必要性,对浆纱了机回丝和起机回丝、织轴机头纱和机尾纱的产生原因和减少措施进行了分析,对浆纱伸长率和经轴、织轴卷装以及相关操作提出了具体要求,并针对回丝浪费现象制定了量化标准和切实可行的技术措施。实践表明:通过相关措施的实施以及加强操作、检查、考核等管理工作,年回丝量从138.5 t降到111.6 t,年节约近27 t,取得了显著的经济效益。认为:降低浆纱回丝关键在于制定针对性强且可行的措施,并加强管理和检查,保证设备运行良好及合理加大卷装量。 Technology measures of saving sizing thread waste were summarized. Necessity of saving sizing thread waste was analyzed. Causes and saving measures of each kinds of sizing thread waste were analyzed. Specific demands to sizing elongation rate, warp beam, loom beam package and related operation were put forward. Quantitative standards and practical measures were established according to sizing thread waste phenomenon. The practice shows that sizing thread waste can be reduced from 138.5 t per year to 111.6 t per year,27 t sizing thread waste can be saved in a year and better economic benefits can be made through adopting a series of measures and strengthening operations, inspections and checks. It is considered that the key of saving sizing thread waste is making targeted and feasible measures, strengthening management and inspections, maintaining equipment better status, increasing package volume.
