在强碱性介质中,CdTe量子点(QDs)对鲁米诺一KIO。化学发光体系具有强烈的增敏发光作用,而在此发光体系中加入对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)又会产生抑制发光现象。基于对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)对CdTeQDs一鲁米诺一KIO。碱性化学发光体系的定量发光猝灭现象,建立了测定药物制剂中对乙酰氨基酚含量的流动注射一化学发光分析新方法。考察了CdTeQDs浓度、鲁米诺溶液浓度、KIO。溶液浓度、NaOH溶液浓度和泵流速等对测试结果的影响。在优化的最佳测定条件下,化学发光(CL)强度猝灭值的对数值与对乙酰氨基酚质量浓度的对数值之间有良好的线性关系,线性范围为1.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-5g/mL,检出限6.0×10^-8g/mL(3盯),测定的相对标准偏差为1.3%(n=10)。方法已用于对乙酰氨基酚片剂中对乙酰氨基酚含量的检测,加标回收率在94.5%~105.0%之间。
A novel chemiluminescence (CL) method has been established for the determination of acetaminophen based on the ration inhibition of acetaminophen on the CL of the CdTe quantum dots (QDs) - luminol-KIO4 system in alkaline medium, in which CdTe QDs showed the strong CL enhancement effect on the luminol-KIO4system in alkaline medium. The effects of several factors such as CdTe QDs concentration, luminol concentration, KIO4 concentration, NaOH concentration, and flow rate were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the log value of the CL intensity decrement was in proportion to the log value of the acetaminophen concentration in the range from 1.0 ×10^-7g/mL to 1.0 ×10^-5 g/mL with a detection limit of 6.0 ×10^-8 g/mL (3cr). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the CL intensity for 7.5 ×10^-7g/mL acetaminophen was 1.3% (n = 10 ). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of acetaminophen in paracetamol tablets with the recoveries between 94. 5% and 105.0%.
