摘要
运用原子吸收火焰发射光谱法对矿泉水中锂离子含量进行测定,并做回收率实验,对整个测量过程的不确定度来源进行了分析,并按照国际通用方法对不确定度各个分量进行了评定和合成,得到原子吸收火焰发射法测定矿泉水中锂离子的不确定度评定。结果表明:原子吸收法火焰发射测定矿泉水中锂离子的不确定度的主要来源是回收率测定和标准溶液配制。采用本方法测定的矿泉水中的锂离子的扩展不确定度为0.
The content of Lithium ion in mineral water was determined by Flame Emission of Atomic Absorption Spectrome- try, and the recoveries of standard addition for sample were also measured. The uncertainties in the whole measuring process were analyzed and each uncertainty component was evaluated and composed by the current international method. The results showed that the major source of the uncertainty in the method was the recoveries of standard addition and the preparation for standard solu- tion. According to this method, the expanded uncertainty of Lithium in mineral were 0. 69 μg/L.
