摘要
介绍了对实习护生技术操作中综合能力训练的具体做法:加强岗前基本技术训练,时间为 2~ 3周,临床上最常见的操作必须在岗前进行考核。制定实习期全程技术训练计划。每月进行基础护理操作考核 3~ 4项,专科操作考核 1项。根据护生能力选择带教老师,建立带教老师手册,要求带教老师对每一位护生的带教情况进行登记。要求护生各项技术操作不只限于动作规范、熟练、操作完成速度的纯技术性问题,对护生操作中综合能力的问题应列入考核内容。通过以上措施,护生综合能力及操作考核成绩明显提高。
To focus on the development of synthesizing abilities of nursing students. Before clinical study ,the nurse students were given 2~ 3 w before- work training and then the common clinical techniques were examined .a whole- course technique- training plan was worked out for the clinical practice. the student nurses were examined in 3~ 4 subjects of basic nursing,along with 1 special performance,every month.the selection of teachers for student nurses was in accordance to student individual abilities. teaching notebooks were handed to the teachers in order that they could take notes concerning their studets' performance.the methods significant to apply systematic methods to training student nurses in synthesizing abilities.it is significant to apply systematic methods to traning student nurses in synthesizing abilities.
